What is Realteering...

Realteering is what happens when an engineer develops a passion for real estate.  It's an analytical approach to real estate transacting, intended to optimize property ownership from purchase through sale in order to maximize return on investment.  In all that we do, our efforts should yield a proportional return.  This proportionality exists in real estate when we understand the parameters and let the math lead us.  The beauty is that it can be achieved ethically while simultaneously helping others achieve their goals.
